DELIVERY/COLLECTION

All items will be shipped or ready for collection within 1-3 business days after purchase.

Free collection is available from N7 London UK. The exact address and details of the collection will be emailed to you once the sale has gone through.

Please ensure that you provide your accurate contact details for us to arrange this with you.

Worldwide shipping is available at an additional cost. Shipping varies depending on the weight of the item.

If you select and pay for tracked delivery, the tracking information will be given to you via email when your order is dispatched so that you can keep an eye on delivery. 

Please note that orders will not be dispatched on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. 

Made in Islington will not be responsible for any losses or damages that may occur during the delivery or collection process.

 

IMPORT DUTY

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Policies vary from country to country, so you might like to check your local customs office for more information. Made in Islington cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

PACKAGING

As part of our sustainability mission, all packaging items are reused, purchased second hand, and/or made of recyclable materials.

Don’t be surprised if the box has marks from its previous life. Recycled materials do not affect the safety and security of your purchased items. All items are packaged to ensure safe delivery.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Made in Islington works hard to sell and create high-quality products, however if for any reason you're not happy with your order, please email info@madeinislington.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Please return item(s) in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags still attached within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please send your return via an insured, traceable method using your normal postal service and mark your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at customs. Please retain your shipping documentation.  Return shipment costs and any related charges are not covered by Made in Islington.

We do not accept returns of goods that have been worn, altered, was made-to-order, pierced jewellery, or facemasks.

Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender.
